Digestion Balance Workshop
Ancient wisdom for a more balanced everyday life.

What if better balance could begin with something as simple as understanding how we digest, eat and live?

In this intimate, hands-on workshop at Coffee Friends, discover the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient holistic tradition, through the concept of Agni — the digestive fire.

Guided by an Ayurvedic chef and health counsellor, you will explore your own digestion patterns through a simple self-assessment and discover the four different types of Agni — balanced, irregular, sharp and slow. Together, we look at everyday habits that may support or disturb digestion and consider simple ways to create a more balanced rhythm around food, rest and daily life.

But this is not simply a class to sit and listen.

The experience moves from learning to the table. Participants will prepare part of the meal together before sitting down to enjoy a complete, balanced meal — turning the ideas explored during the workshop into something you can experience through preparing, sharing and eating together.

Through conversation, mindful cooking and a shared meal, the workshop invites you to slow down and reflect on a simple question:

What kind of daily rhythm feels right for your own body?
