1. Scope of Service & Role Definition

Coffee Friends provides local lifestyle travel curation, itinerary architecture, and concierge design in Okinawa. Airfare and accommodations are to be arranged independently by the traveler. Regulated travel and transport operations are executed by our licensed partner travel agency (Goudou Kaisha Amphibians) and fully accredited transport providers.

 

2. Force Majeure & Weather Alterations

Due to Okinawa's island climate, itineraries may be subject to adjustment, modification, or cancellation in the event of typhoons, severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure conditions to ensure guest safety. Coffee Friends shall not be held liable for any delays, itinerary modifications, or additional expenses (such as accommodation or flight adjustments) resulting from force majeure events.

 

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain segments of your journey (such as chartered vehicles, car rentals, local craft workshops, dining establishments, and golf facilities) are operated independently by licensed third-party vendors. Coffee Friends is not liable for personal injury, loss, property damage, or disputes arising from the actions or omissions of third-party operators, except where caused directly by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

 

4. Personal Responsibility & Travel Insurance

Guests are responsible for assessing their own health and physical fitness before participating in active experiences. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive international travel and medical insurance prior to departing for Japan.
